Many of you know that I like to run. And as Jackson grows up Chris and I are doing our best to instill in him the importance of eating right and being active. So when the Bellin Run announced their 1/2 mile Children's Fun Run we asked Jackson if he wanted to do it. To my delight he was all for it. The race itself was in the early evening (6PM), so the heat wasn't too bad (85 degrees) but the humidity was God awful. It didn't bother Jackson and his buddy though. They ran the entire thing and couldn't have been more proud of themselves.
A future runner? This Mom can only hope!
