Christmas at Kinder Care

Last Tuesday Jackson's daycare held a Holiday dinner and concert. The concert showcased 3 and 4 year olds singing and acting out Christmas carols. We sat in the back with Jackson and watched the expressions of the parents and children. I'm not sure whose was more entertaining, the children as they acted out the carols or the parents as they watched their children. It was fun to watch.

The cookie decorating was a huge hit. Chris took photos while I decorated cookies and ate them, Jackson supervised and opted not to participate. I found frosting on my coat and scarf the next day at work, it made me smile.

At the end of the night Jackson presented us with a gift (photo ornament) he "helped" make at daycare and he received a gift (a car) from his teacher, Ms. Tracy. We are keeping the ornament in a safe place, last year Maggee ate it. Typical.

Oh how I remember those days! I loved all of that stuff! It is so much fun watching them really interact with other kids and doing "little projects" at "school". Enjoy each and every moment...they go by soooo fast!!!
