Yesterday I got home from work and set down a bag full of venison bacon a co-worker gave to me. Jackson was meandering around the house while I let our dogs out of the kennel. When I came back he had discovered the frozen bacon packages and was having a hay-day. First he liked standing on the packages and dancing, then he was determined to eat the bacon. It was then on to some red ribbon from a gift a co-worker had given me. Little did my co-workers know, their gifts would entertain Jackson too! These kinds of gifts can provide more joy than we ever could have anticipated.
It was then time to "cook", which means I bring a chair to the sink for him and do dishes. Jackson watches me and then "re-washes" them. He's found a way to make himself a little taller on our chairs. At least he's innovative!
The next post will be of Christmas fun. In the meantime...
