It stinks when a birthday falls on a weekday. The celebrating has to be crammed in after work and before Jackson's bedtime. Which, these days, is a precious few hours. Chris' choice was to go out for dinner to a place he like and Jackson loves, Red Robin! It's a great family place and they have a menu we can all order off of. Here are a few photos of our birthday celebration.

Chris' birthday gift....slippers! OK, this may not seem like a big deal but if you've never worn the L.L. Bean slippers you have no idea what you're missing. Chris and I love them! So, when Maggee decide to make Chris' slippers a chew toy about 6 months ago he was none to happy. However, he continued to wear them, despite the fact that the bottom of one of them had been torn off and flopped around when he walked. It was time for a new pair....
