The Never Ending Birthday

Sunday we had Jackson's last 3rd birthday party. This was the final one in, fittingly, a three part series of 'parties'. We had one last month in Iowa with the Bower's family, one on his birthday and then one last Sunday with my parents where we opened all of his gifts. Ironically, the most low key of the celebrations was the one we had on his birthday.

Sunday was 50's and sunny, I can't ask for more than that in WI this time of year (thank God the snow was the day before). We enjoyed the weather by being outside as much as we could, even eating and opening gifts in the decorated garage (we cheated a bit and had a heater going).

Jackson received so many wonderful gifts that ranged from play items (kites, trains, bike, fishing pole...) to practical and fun items (art supplies, three stylish outfits, UV swim outfit....). Thank you to EVERYONE for the "Happy Birthdays", phone calls, visits and gifts. We are truly blessed with caring family and friends.

Love the "Lazy Sunday" pic...:)
Rohan is glad Jackson liked his art. They are priceless originals just for Jack.
Did Jackson get the helmet you used to wear as a kid? :P
