Ready to Resume a Routine

While the Holidays and time off are nice, by the time January 2nd and 3rd rolled around Jackson and I were both craving a routine (Chris was hunting this weekend). I like to stay busy, always, and a two year old NEEDS to stay busy. Of course, this last weekend was COLD (no sledding), there was nothing left to shop for, the house was clean, laundry was caught up, Jackson was antsy and I was going stir crazy! I managed to 'craft' and Play Doh my way through Saturday afternoon/evening with Jackson and vowed Sunday would be more structured.

Sunday we went swimming at the Y, visited 'Bounce Town' (see video!), brought the trike inside and made salt-dough Valentine's Day magnets. Being busy made Sunday so much fun and it flew by. Both Jackson and I were exhausted by the evening, that's my kind of day!
