Not too many things will or have caused me to come unglued but the news that Mike and Mara are expecting a baby in Feb '09 did just that. I'm not sure if it was because of the shock or the excitement, or both all at once but the video of my reaction is priceless. check out Mike's blog for that, I'm sure he'll post it.
They broke the news by telling us they bought Jackson a new shirt and wanted to put it on him (see photo). They brought him out in it and when I read it I thought it said "Baby Stokes" and none of it registered until Chris said, "really" and looked at Mike & Mara. Dummy me, I read the shirt again and then....well, see the video...I came unglued.
Words can't even begin to explain how happy I am for them.
