Happy Father's Day (belated) to all the Father's out there! I hope all of you enjoyed the same beautiful day we had in Green Bay (no rain!). Our day was laid back. I got up with Jackson at 5:30 a.m. and we went to Starbucks to get Chris a newspaper and coffee. Then we all went to church and headed back home so Jackson could nap. I got to squeeze in a 3.5 mi run to loosen up the legs post-10K while Jackson napped for TWO hrs. Of course the only rain cloud in the sky found me during that run, oh well. While I was gone and Jackson was napping Chris also got to enjoy a little down time and watch the US Open Golf Tournament. After Jackson got up my parents came up for a late lunch and some "Jackson time". All-in-all a very low key and relaxing Father's Day, just as Chris prefers. To top it off the US Open went into a playoff, a great round of golf to watch!
I had to post this video from breakfast Father's Day morning. He was being such a goofball (gets that from his Dad).
