The day after I returned home from my Arizona vacation it was Valentine's Day! For Jackson, the day started off with heart shaped banana bread and ended with he and I taking a walk in the woods. We then made 'hearty' and healthy and heart-shaped whole wheat pancakes for dinner.
I hope your Valentine's Day was special and it's intention is sprinkled throughout the year!

While on our walk we came across the dreaded yellow snow. Jackson, "We don't eat yellow snow." My response, "Absolutely not. Or brown snow or black snow.... Just don't eat colored snow."
