That's the term used to refer to persons who are capable of being a fireman, policeman and paramedic. We were lucky enough to befriend a Lieutenant who happens to be a triple threat from a nearby Village. Through the Y swim program we met his family and he was kind enough to offer us a personal tour on Saturday of the police, fire and paramedic stations. Jackson was in awe and Lieutenant Graul was gracious enough to spend an hour and a half indulging our son (and us). He even let Jackson honk the firetruck horn (see video. He almost wet himself) and start the truck. Of course Jackson said yes when asked if he wanted to turn on the emergency lights of the vehicles. We also got a tour of the personnel's sleeping facilities, workout room and kitchen. It was really cool to see how these professionals operate with a 24 hr work day for three days on and then three days off.
We can't express enough thanks to the Lieutenant and to the Village for hosting us.
Firetruck Fun
A side note to this posting:
I had to add this video of Gabby from Friday night, it's too funny not to share. Thank God she still has all her teeth. Most humans at her age equivalency can't eat like this for fear of losing their dentures. Go Gabby!

AWESOME, so many little boys dream of sitting in a fire truck and only the super lucky ones get to honk the horns or start the engine!
I love the video of Gabby eatting corn on the cob, too funny!
