I had to blog about this article (see link). It reminds me of myself and my family's support of my addiction, borderline obsession, to run and workout. It's my vice, my stress outlet and my medicine, without them it’s not pleasant. The time I spend pushing myself makes me a better wife, mother and colleague. So, instead of spending money on therapy, I run/workout……What does it say that I do them daily? : )
In all seriousness, thank you to my son and husband for their unending support that allows me to do what I love and what's good for me.

I agree completely! We LOVE to take Ro with us, but last night we got to enjoy a Rohan-free run and it was short, but awesome!
I'm not quite that obsessive about it, but I do enjoy my new-found outlet! I imagine it would have done me lots of good to be doing it when the kids were growing up - them, too! ;)
Great article! I'm not a runner, but love killing myself in classes at the gym - I would go insane without that time indeed!
