Memorial Day/Whirlwind Weekend

If this weekend had a theme it was "Outside". The first great weekend (sun + warmth) in Green Bay this spring (no kidding...quite laughing Mike). Our son LOVES being outside and now that he knows what doors lead to outside he takes no time after waking up (5:30 am) to grab his coat and shoes and head to the door and begin pounding. Thank God for good weather, it allowed us to take walks, run (me), hike w/ the dogs, plant flowers and give the dogs a much needed bath outside. On top of that we headed to Appleton twice (once on Saturday to shop and then again today to grill out with my parents) as well as accomplished many errands that we/I have been procrastinating completing.

We kept the camera close to capture the fun times, we didn't capture Jackson at his finest as he is cutting two bottom teeth. He put on some "stellar" performances this weekend : ) A quick note about one of the photos...I put Jackson's pants back on after changing him and didn't realize both his legs went into one leg hole. When I set him down to walk he took three little shuffle steps and fell down on his back and just laid there as if to say "duh Mom" or something else more profane. You'll know which photo I'm talking about.

Chris is headed out of town on business for a couple days so this was good family time....my turn to handle the little man on my own (quite laughing Mike).
