The Weekends Go By So Fast!

It's really our fault the weekends go by so fast, we pack WAY TOO MUCH in to them. But the work week is just such a rat race it's nice to spend our time doing whatever we want on the weekends, and with Jackson that's NEVER sitting around or sitting still. This weekend was suppose to be half rainy and half nice but both days turned out great. So, what do you do after being cooped up for what seems like years...you make the most of the nice weather and get out and about!!!

Saturday was spent at a friends house, grocery shopping, house shopping, golfing (driving range) and taking walks. Sunday was errands, church and church commitments, cleaning the house (we had to show it today) hiking and grilling out. And now it's time to gear up for the work week...yea!!!...catch the sarcasm? Speaking of work, you'll likely see more golf photos as I need to brush up on my game to play in a 4-person scramble for work the middle of May. Since Jackson was born the clubs have collected dust...a lot of dust and my game is proof of that.

The photos below document the events of the weekend plus a couple other things. I have to explain the photo of the batting in the dog kennel. I took the cover off the dog bed to wash it and never thought Maggee would have the audacity to rip apart the remaining bed. I know, I should have known better. Even those of you who have not met Maggee are chastising me I'm sure. Bring it on, I deserve it : ) The video is of Jackson at one of his goofier moments this weekend. He was full of laughs the entire weekend, it was great. By the way, Chris was taking all the photos this weekend and didn't want to be in any of them...I'll get him in the next posting!
