Cold outside, warm inside!

What do you do when all your plans are cancelled due to the weather and you have an evening at home with nothing to do? To start off the evening Jackson and I sat in the bay window and waited for Chris to come home. I laughed when he saw Chris, I didn't expect such an exsuberant reaction. It was great and Chris could see it all as he pulled up.

So we were stuck at home. Last night I was suppose do a cardio-kickboxing class at the YMCA and Chris and Jackson were going to join me afterwards so we could swim. Due to the horribly cold weather and poor road conditions we entertained ourselves indoors. Depite the fact that Jackson had only slept 50-mintues at daycare he was in remarkably good spirits. It's his first week in the "transition" room at daycare and he's slow to adjust. They decided to move him up from the infant room when he began using other infants as leverage to pull himself up : ) Needless to say, he was tired and fighting it and finally gave in at 6:15 pm for the night. He was actually nodding off while I was feeding him supper, it was hilarious but I couldn't get to the camera fast enough. He's fallen asleep twice while eating at daycare. Why does this child fight sleep so bad? I'm sure this is a sign of what's to come.....

A little note about the dancing video...Chris surprised Jackson and I while were were dancing in the family room last Sunday. I had just had a great run at the YMCA and was still on that "high" so we were being crazy. He loves music and even more so he loves being tossed into the air and sung too.

Hopefully my next post tells of warmer weather!

Great videos! I love the part where he leans on Maggee, too sweet.
