What a pair Chris and Gabby are. Lets start with Chris first. On Monday Chris threw out his back starting a chain saw. This isn't the first time he's done this. Last time I came home from work to find him immobile on the ground in horrible pain; it wasn't that bad this time but bad enough. Chris spends most of his evenings now on the floor with a heating pad and which ever one of the dogs wants to torment him (Maggee's turn in this photo, she's our 2 yr old).
Now for Gabby (our oldest dog, 10 yrs). Last evening we're putting sheets on our bed and Chris keeps saying he smells something funny/gross. I know it's not the sheets so we both shoot our eyes to the only other thing in the room...Gabby. Chris insected her and couldn't see anything, however from my vantage point I can clearly see she has "something" smeared on her side. Upon further inspection it became very evident that Gabby had indeed rolled in fresh dog poop after being outside. The photos below doesn't do the mess justice because the orange marking on her side hides it nicely. But beleive me it was there and what a smelly mess!

Poor Chris!!! I hope his back is back in working order soon! And Gabby, you naughty girl! Marley has done that oh, about a hundred times. :)

Oh Chris what did you do now??? Go Bears for the SUPER BOWL!!!! I'm going to have writing on my forhead b/c I dont anything Bears!!

Glad you told me about this site as I sure enjoyed all the pictures. They are great and it keep people closer when they live away. We are going to Steve's the 4th of July for a week.
